Introduce Book an Author to a fellow author, publisher, colleague or institution contact! Share your story, success, or demo the platform!
Step 2:
Submit Your Referral
Fill out our Referral Form below, and attach a proof of your interaction (e.g., email recap, Messenger/Zoom screenshot, photo of an in-person meetup, etc).
Step 3:
Earn Rewards
Once your referral signs up and becomes active, you’ll start earning cash incentives, paid quarterly via Zelle. To check your rewards status, contact membersupport@bookanauthor.com.
What You’ll Earn
🏫 When You Refer a New Institution
- 2% cashback of every transaction made by your referred author for one year.
- Eligible transactions:
— New book or service listings
— New service bookings
🖊️ When You Refer a New Creator / Supplier
- $5 one-time bonus, plus
- 2% cashback of every transaction for one year.
- Eligible transactions:
— New author visit bookings
— New book purchases
Important Details
- Only active Book an Author users (with active accounts and listings) are eligible for rewards.
- Incentives are paid quarterly via Zelle.
- First-come, first-claimed: If multiple people refer the same person, the first completed referral form wins the referral.
- Attribution window: 1 year from the date you submit the referral form.
- Verification: All referrals will be cross-checked by our team.
